At the beginning of winter, there is excitement everyone feels for the snow and winter activities. But after a while, it is not uncommon to start feeling blah during those winter months due to the shorter and darker days. Do not worry. There are some simple tips that can help curve those blues.

The winter blues occur because the body is experiencing changes from the lack of sunshine and activity. Some of the symptoms for the winter blues include:

The winter blues creates couch potatoes and hibernating bears. During winter, we become less active, so to keep the blues away, you need to move. You need consistency in your workout routines.
